Yoga is meant to be integrated in daily life.

The word yoga means “unity” or “oness” and is derived from the Sanskrit word yuj, which means to “join”.

Aligning the body to the great architecture of the universe; and harmonising the body – mind- spirit.

In Sanskrit “ha” is the sun; “ta” is the moon.

Hatha yoga is a path toward creating balance and uniting opposites. The key elements of the practice: postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama) and relaxation.
